Beat Tape of the Week (May 26, 2012) – What Iz Hip Hop

May 26, 2012 by kinge

Whatupdoe, this your boy Beezy back with another Beat Tape of the Week.  This one here is a little late but is still worth copping.  Dropped in late March producer Ta-ku released 50 Days of Dilla Vol 1 dedicated to the late great J Dilla.  In dedication to the late James Dewitt Yancey, better known as J Dilla or Jay Dee, beat-smith Ta-ku has produced a track each day for 50 days; each song embodying the very recognizable essence of the “Dilla sound” so cherished by fans far and wide, showcasing Ta-ku’s eclectic production prowess. HW&W Recordings is releasing the 1st volume of 25 tracks via digital download.  You can go cop this beat tape HERE and follow Ta-Ku on SOUNDCLOUD & TWITTER.  Well good people hope you support the artist and enjoy this beat tape.  Until then folks, I’m out. Follow me on TWITTER.
